Vivo has officially launched its T4-series flagship, the Vivo T4 Ultra, in India on June 11, 2025. Aimed at performance-hungry users who crave cutting-edge optics, the T4 Ultra blends a sleek design with robust hardware and rapid charging, positioning itself as one of the most compelling mid-range contenders this year.
Design & Display
The T4 Ultra sports a 6.67-inch 1.5K (1260 × 2800) quad-curved AMOLED display, offering a 120 Hz refresh rate and an astonishing peak brightness of up to 5,500 nits. Vivo has also protected the panel with SCHOTT Xensation α cover glass, ensuring enhanced durability against scratches and minor knocks.
Performance & Software
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It boots Android 15 with Vivo’s FunTouch OS 15 on top, promising three major OS upgrades and four years of security patches.
Camera System
Photography is led by a triple-camera array: a 50 MP Sony IMX921 main sensor (f/1.88) with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter (f/2.2), and a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens offering 3× optical zoom—and up to 10× macro or 100× digital zoom in select modes. Vivo is offering the T4 Ultra in three configurations and two finishes (Phoenix Gold and Meteor Grey). It goes on sale June 18, 2025 via Flipkart, the Vivo India e-store, and partner retailers.
