Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra CAD Render

Samsung’s next flagship, the Galaxy S26 Ultra, has leaked in high quality CAD and 3D renders that sketch a phone which looks familiar at a glance yet makes a few deliberate design departures from the S25 Ultra. The new images show a flatter main display, slimmer uniform bezels and noticeably rounder corners that aim to improve hand feel compared with the previous generation.

What the CADs Reveal About Design
  • Overall silhouette: The S26 Ultra keeps a flat front panel with a centered punch‑hole selfie camera and thin, uniform bezels, but the frame’s edges soften into more ergonomic curves compared with last year’s boxier edge treatment.
  • Rear camera layout: The renders show a hybrid camera arrangement where three lenses sit on a protruding pill shaped island while a fourth sensor and the LED flash sit outside that island and protrude directly from the flat backplate. The camera island is sizable and likely adds several millimetres to the total stack height.
  • S Pen and frame: The S Pen continues to live in the bottom left slot and the phone retains physical keys on the right side with a SIM tray, USB‑C port and speaker at the bottom.
  • The visual changes appear modest but purposeful: softer ergonomics and a camera bump trade off that prioritizes slimmer body thickness aside from the lens island.
Rumoured Hardware and Display
  • Chipset: The flagship is expected to ship with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in markets that receive Qualcomm silicon, while some regions could still see an Exynos 2600 variant.
  • Screen: Leaks point to a similar 6.89‑inch class OLED using newer M14 panels with Color Filter on Encapsulation (CoE) tech to make the stack thinner and improve light transmission.
  • Size and weight: The body is tipped to measure roughly 163.4 x 77.9 x 7.9 mm (camera bump adding to total thickness) with a target weight near 217 g, keeping the phone comparably slim when the lenses aren’t counted.
Cameras, Battery and Charging Claims
  • Camera specs: Multiple reports converge on a high‑resolution primary sensor (widely rumoured around 200MP), a 50MP ultrawide and a dual tele setup that keeps a 5x periscope plus a smaller 3x telephoto that may use a different, possibly downgraded sensor compared with the current Ultra.
  • Battery and charging: The S26 Ultra is expected to retain a battery near the 5,000 mAh mark but could bump wired charging speeds to between 60W and 66W in some reports, improving top‑up times without increasing capacity.
  • These camera and charging rumours suggest Samsung will push computational photography and charging curves rather than pursue big hardware leaps in battery capacity.
Early Verdict

The leaked CAD renders and accompanying spec whispers paint a coherent picture: Samsung is refining rather than reinventing the Ultra formula—rounder edges for comfort, a hybrid camera island that prioritizes sensor size and optics, iterative display and silicon upgrades, and modest charging improvements while keeping battery capacity stable. If true, the S26 Ultra will likely feel like an evolution focused on ergonomics and imaging refinement instead of dramatic redesign.
